This equipment is specially designed for Honeycomb Paper / Paper Bubble / Corrugated Paper shock- proof bag making machine, with based on the advanced foreign machinery using motion controller, 4-axis servo linkage technology, professional Automation, upgrade in innovation then the on-line composite Kraft paper material with honeycomb paper both together, or online forming paper bubble, then composited with surface flat paper. And then the finished material sheet be folded in half through the folding forming device ,Vertical hot pressing binds the two/three layers materials together, horizontal pressing- sealing- molding, on-line heat transfer glue spraying cover with release liner , at last cutting in the standard shock-proof paper envelope/mailer bag. The equipment adopts advanced mechanical ,electrical ,gas, photocell tracing, spraying glue etc. integrated control technology. From sheet material unwinding to cutting & forming out in bag, there are conveyor belt stacking and sending, all the processes are controlled by computer. The finished bag is smooth and beautiful, edges bonded firmly. The machine is easy to operation, and it is a high-quality special bag-making equipment.

Machine Characteristics
01. Responsive, automatic correction
Double photocell tracing feeding, automatic constant tensions, control AC frequency conversion constant speed automatic feeding.
02. Double servo motors, double servo system 2.3KW : front end and back end : 1set for each end
The sealing knife moves forward and backward, 800 width copper hot sealing knife, 20 mm width knife touch surface, up and down total in 8sets. Cast iron sealing knife base ensures no deformation.
03. Single and double station of release liner and glue spray are available
With motion control technology,from sheet material unwinding to cutting & forming out in bag, the series action controlled by computer. The finished bag is smooth and beautiful, edges bonded firmly, and accurate edge correction.
