Brief Introduction   

The Bubble Envelope/Mailer making machine is specially designed for Kraft paper bubble shock- proof bag making machine, with based on the advanced foreign machinery using motion controller, 4-axis servo linkage technology, professional Automation, upgrade in innovation then the on-line composite Kraft paper bubble material or the off-line composite arch extrusion film bubble material is folded in half through the folding forming device and then through the needle exhaust gas, hot pressing horizontal sealing molding, on-line heat transfer glue spraying cover with release liner , and then cutting in the standard Laminated bubble envelope/mailer bag. The equipment adopts advanced mechanical , electrical , gas, photocell tracing, spraying glue etc. integrated control technology. From sheet material unwinding to cutting & forming out in bag, there are conveyor belt stacking and sending, all the processes are controlled by computer. The finished bag is smooth and beautiful, edges bonded firmly. The machine is easy to operation,  and it is a high-quality special bag-making equipment.

Features 

Just enter the sealing spacing data, one-click all the sealing tools automatically arranged in place, the machine starts immediately. All sealing tools are automatically aligned according to the printing length, and the size of the sealing edge is automatically adjusted. Hot Pressure is done by up and down sealing knife separate and then press, It can well control the stretching of the co-extruded film.  Material Feeding goes on after reaching the set hot pressing stay time. There will not happen blocking, lack of material , and when temperature error of ±2℃ (degree can be set) ,the machine will automatically alarm and stop. The Release Liner holder for the envelope flap with automatic correction function, and the glue spraying will not deviate, effectively avoiding the trouble of cleaning glue after bag making.
